How to Place Your Order
Ordering from Durban Shop is quick, easy, and secure. Follow the simple steps below to get your favourite products delivered straight to your door across the UK.
Step 1: Browse & Choose Your Product
Explore our store and find the product you love. Use the search bar or browse by category to discover our full range. Click on any product to view full details, including available options.
Step 2: Select Your Options
Choose your preferred size, colour, or any other available options for the product. Make sure to double-check your selection before adding to your cart - since every item is made to order, we want to get it perfect for you.
Step 3: Add to Cart
Once you're happy with your selection, click the Add to Cart button. You can continue shopping and add more items, or proceed directly to checkout.
Step 4: Review Your Cart
Click the cart icon at the top of the page to review your order. Here you can update quantities or remove items before proceeding.
Step 5: Checkout & Payment
Click Checkout and enter your delivery details. We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are fully secure and encrypted.
Step 6: Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Step 7: Production & Dispatch
Since every item is made to order especially for you, please allow a short production time before dispatch. You'll receive a shipping notification email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Step 8: Receive Your Order
Sit back and relax! Your order will be delivered to your UK address. If you have any issues upon delivery, please contact us right away and we'll make it right.
